Your job duties will include the following:

Building relationships with our customers to meet their needs
Consult our customers on the best fit for them from our extensive list of advisors.
Updating and customizing customer accounts to delight and excite our customers.
Helpfully responding to various modes of customer communications such as phones, emails and responding to real time chat.
Proactively seeking ways to engage with our customers to increase loyalty.

Education and/or Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Some college preferred
Previous customer relationship building experience, b2c marketing or hospitality experience.
Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn additional computer programs. 
Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude. 
Experience with multitasking & exercising independent judgment and critical thinking. 
Ability to be flexible with schedule.
